Glossop North End return to league action this weekend as they welcome Congleton Town to Surrey Street in the North West Counties Premier Division fixture.
Like Glossop, the Bears have had a busy September dominated by cup football which saw them progress into the next rounds of the FA Vase and the Mid Cheshire Senior Cup.
Congleton are currently one place below Glossop in the league by way of goal difference. Both teams have several games in hand (Glossop 6, Congleton 5) on league leaders Maine Road and will be keen to progress up the league.
Kick off is at 3pm. Admission £6 adults, £3 juniors. We look forward to your support.
For travelling fans, directions to Surrey Street can be found here.
In the Reserve Division, Calum Sykes' team make the journey north to take on Barnoldswick Reserves as they try to maintain their spot at the top of the league.
