The Reserve Division Trophy has been finally whittled down to two teams and Glossop North End Reserves will host Irlam Reserves at Surrey Street on Thursday night.
Kick off at Surrey Street is at 7:45pm for what promises to be a great match and a superb way to end the season.
In a rather disjointed season the two sides have played each other 5 times already (W3, D1, L1) but the form book can be kept on the shelf when it comes to cup final football. Calum Sykes and his men will be looking to avenge their defeat by Irlam at the start of April in the Reserve Division Cup. Irlam will be hoping for the chance deny Reserve League champions Glossop and to take home some silverware after they lost in the Division Cup Final on penalties to AFC Darwen Reserves. Both sides have had a strong finish to their season with goals a plenty, hopefully Thursday night's game will be no different.
