At Wednesday night’s sponsors evening, George Wharmby, Chairman of Derbyshire County Council and and councillor for the Glossop North and Rural electoral division was on hand to present a cheque to Dave Atkinson, chairman of Glossop North End for £400 from the DCC Members Community Leadership Scheme, it’s aim is to support worthwhile projects and initiatives that will benefit local communities.
