At 3pm this Saturday, Surrey Street hosts an international friendly as Glossop North End take on Bala Town.
Welcoming the Lakesiders to Glossop, Bala Town finished 5th in the Welsh Premier league last season in what should be a competitive fixture between the two sides. The pitch at Surrey Street looks superb after the renovation work carried out during the closed season by Bancroft Amenities along with many hours alreadyspent cutting the grass during the brief periods when it's not been raining.
Glossop will be wearing this season's new kit for the first time on Saturday. Replica kits will be available to order – either see Wendy in the Pie Hut or email souvenirs@glossopnorthendafc.co.uk.
